Carol Carter

Carol has spent more than 25 years in higher education working as an affirmative action officer for a major land-grant university and community college. She became a fundraiser as a corporate and foundation development director, while simultaneously forming her own company to write grants and proposals for community organizations securing millions of dollars for these entities. When Arizona passed the Arizona Marijuana Act, in 2012, her interest peaked and was stimulated by her best friend and long-time dj, Thea, to create "The budcoach Radio Show" (11-11:30am Wednesday) in order to educate, inform and entertain listeners with information about cannabis. You don’t have to be a consumer to want to be educated and benefit from the opportunities it provides.
